Arline Simpson/ReachOut Scholarship Fund

This award is for young women who want to become more self sufficient, people with disabilities, and individuals who have demonstrated a strong commitment towards giving back to their communities or to a pro-social cause. Consideration is given to individuals who have demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to raising a family, education or work and to individuals who, with this scholarship, can make a difference in their earnings.
